Severe Weather Alert

For the safety of our members and staff, 1st Bergen branches will be closed on Tuesday, February 24th.

Please note the following adjustments to our services:

  1. Deposits made in the night-drop deposit box will be processed on Wednesday, February 25th at 9am.

  2. Mobile deposits and Wire Transfers may be delayed.

  3. ATM withdrawals may be made for no fee at Allpoint ATMs . Cash Deposits can be made at select Allpoint+ ATMs.

  4. Our hours on Wednesday, February 25 will be extended to 9am to 4pm.

New Regular Branch Hours

Beginning on October 13th, 2025, 1st Bergen will change Member Services hours:

Mondays: 9am to 4pm
Tuesdays: 9am to 4pm
Wednesdays: 9am to 1pm
Thursdays: 9am to 6pm
Fridays: 9am to 4pm

The Hackensack Branch lobby will have the same adjusted hours. Members may make deposits after hours in the Night Drop for next day processing. Limited appointments for member services will be available on Wednesdays from 1pm-4pm.

Beginning on October 1st, the Toms River Branch will have a new location, hours, and direct phone number.

The Toms River Branch at O.C.E.A.N. Inc, previously at 40 Washington Street in Toms River, has moved to 40 Main Street in Toms River. Branch hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9am to 4pm. The branch can now be reached directly at (732) 889-5355. Please call the Main branch at (201) 968-0202 or email membersupport@1stbergen.com for other member support needs.
